Where and what are you buying for a supplement?
Reveille Dr on here is recommending Zinc (a few others may be as well).Sweet Kitten Feet said:
Are doctors recommending this or something?

Dr Rev is not recommending Zinc as a blanket - only as a supplement if you don't eat a balanced diet. Taking extra will cause the stomach issues.

2x enough. You also eat food, don't you? Oysters are the best, but red meat too.
If your feet stink, take zinc.
I'm taking quercetin.Dr. Maturin said:

This is correct. If you eat a balanced diet it is very debatable if you need any extra Zinc. Any Zinc supplement should be fine. The main thing is to not be deficient in Zinc. Increasing Zinc even 10 fold barely should any effectiveness in slowly viral replication. However, adding a zinc ionophore shows significant effect with as little as 5mg of Zinc.
Taking excessive Zinc can cause stomach issues. Taking a multi-vitamin with zinc is likely sufficient!
