Volunteers NEEDED in Kingwood on SUNDAY and MONDAY!
If you can help with any cleanup, heavy lifting, sheetrock and carpet removal, etc., we NEED your assistance Sunday and Monday! St. Martha Catholic Church is assembling teams to head out and provide assistance all over Kingwood. We have 90+ families (and counting!) who need immediate help, and we need to increase our volunteer numbers to get to them all!
Please report to our Woodland Hills Campus - 3702 Woodland Hills Drive - between 8:00 and 8:30am, and bring tools/supplies if possible (face masks, sheetrock cutters, gloves, etc.)! We will have a brief review of safety and flood restoration procedures, then we will dispatch teams of volunteers to houses and continue to dispatch teams throughout the day. High school students welcome! Middle school students welcome with a parent.
Can't get there in the morning? Come anytime on Sunday or Monday, 8:30am to dusk! Coordinators will be available to dispatch volunteers throughout the day.
