It would be really awesome if someone with some pull would see this thread and work on getting Jeff some recognition at a home game. Just a pregame intro or roll call or something just to show him some love.

Was watching Ch11 News Friday night, before they got flooded out, and somebody mentioned there would be a press conf later from the county. David Paul jumped in and said that would be from Jeff Linder, who interned under him during Allison, and he was a very sharp guy and was so helpful to him during Allison. He was right.

He's been impressive as hell.
Jeff has done an incredible job with the three record breaking flood events we have had the last three years. That guy deserves a vacation and a raise stat. Damn proud to see that ring on his hand during the press conferences.
He's really helped us through this.
He needs a 4 week paid vacation 2 for sleep and 2 for actual vacation
I'm going to echo the sentiment posted here. Everyone I know has learned Jeff's name and trusts the difficult decisions that he and his team are making. This man needs to be formally recognized by A&M.
Amazing job making decisions under what has to be an incredible amount of stress, on top of having to talk to the press constantly.

I heard Travis Herzog say a couple of nights ago that he and Jeff walked the stage one behind the other at A&M graduation. What are the odds.
Channel 2 calls him "The smartest guy in the room."
