Remember the Astros looked like they were headed nowhere last year (actually they were headed nowhere), until halfway through teh season, where everybody seemed to have a switch flipped and they all played amazing. The stros made a very strong run at the World Series. Perhaps something similar will happen for the Ags this year...

MidnightYell has a point. Especially considering the fact that the Astros made some trades and signed a new manager. Neither of which the Ags can do...but maybe they're just in a slump and will pull out of it. Unfortunately, I'm feeling really nervous about them this year.

Unless we somehow sign Carlos Beltran, I see little similarities in the Aggies and the Stros.

an interesting thing about the Astros comparison is that many on texags have been calling for the manager to be replaced by Phil Garner since long before Jimy Williams ever came to Houston.
