I like the fact that baylor and Texas are back to back at the end of May but what about in the future moving the OU and Tech Series into April, so you would play the south divsion teams on consecutive weekends. For the Kansas, Kansas State, Missourri and Nebraska, you would have two at home and two on the road to start the conference season. Do this across the board with Texas, Tech, Baylor etc and you would give the northern division teams a better chance of getting a complete series in by playing half their March and early April games in Texas and Okla?

Also when will we end the split series with tu and BU, especially now that the series are back to back. Play three in Waco and then have tu in Olsen for 3, next year it would be just the opposite. And leave those two series at the end of the season, to take advantage of more natural rivalries.

Just a suggestion mind you. Let the flaming and personal attacks begin!

The split series is doing exactly what it was intended to do. They won't change it anytime soon.

I really don't know this for a fact, but it does kind of look like the league has decided to fix the date of the A&M-Texas series at the end of the season, with OU-OSU the week before that. Other than that, it appears that the rest of the schedule is simply rotating and will continue to do so. Because we move some series around for finals, it's a little bit harder to follow the pattern, but that's what it looks like to me.

The conference determines the conference schedule, take it up with them. I doubt next year that Baylor and t.u. will be the last two conference series for A&M.

Personally I love that they spilt up the t.u. and BU series the way they currntly do it.

From a fan's perspective I love the H-A-A series with texas because I think it helps keep the rivalry exciting because both teams can get their fans excited about the other coming to town...if things are exciting in the standings it's fun to try and find some tickets for the Austin game(s).

Why would you want to stop the split series?
