How long do you want to ignore this user?
Would it make sense to switch a pitcher once they go through the lineup once? Considering batting averages go up significantly the second and third time through the order. Of course a real dominant picture would still have a low average 2nd time through. But if I had a team of a bunch of good but not great pitchers I would systematically rotate them to maximize odds. I'm sure this is already done,

Might be a good strategy in a one game winner take all scenario, but baseball is built on winning series and that's not a very good strategy for that…even worse for regional format

Yup, Johnny Fullstaff works in special circumstances but not as a full-time strategy.

Your best group of pitchers might still be better their second time through the lineup than the next group.
