Damn…. I wish I would have seen this and taken a pic. My wife and I did a late date and shared nachos and each got a drink. "Poor" grad students, she was finishing her homework that was due tonight while we were waiting for the game to finally start.

I appreciate the shout out. It was a wild and long day from Katy and back twice. Only thing I got was a souvenir soda and you better believe I refilled that bad boy before I started the drive back home

We live about 10 minutes from Olsen and my family has club parking. I went with my daughter (16) for the original start and at about 2:15 she wanted to go home, so we did and I just watched and waited. A few minutes before 8 I talked my wife into sneaking out and heading to Olsen for a spontaneous date night and baseball at 8:30. As we were turning onto Wellborn Road, Andrew Monaco signed off that they would be back at 8:45 with more news but we hadn't heard about another delay. We continued and as we were scanning back in at 8:25 we heard the 9:30 thing. We stuck to our plan of shared nachos and drinks and just waited. We saw the trophy and then walked out of the stadium in time to see the t.u. bus pulling away.

(Plus I don't have venmo or the ability to DM with my wife's info on TexAgs .)

It was a good day. A three game sweep would have made it better.
