I really thought Oregon State would have gone deeper in the CWS. Pitching will be problematic for a few teams remaining.

I want Hogs to win today so there is an elimination game for both fan bases tomorrow. Don't care who wins in that one, just hope it's a great game and no ump issues. I respects both head coaches, might be the two best in the game.

Pitching is going to be interesting because the rain delay negated one of the advantages LSU would have had by being 2-0 and having an off day. They'll have to have somewhat of a bullpen game tonight, and I'm intrigued to see if they bring in Eyanson tonight (he threw 44 pitches Monday before delay), or save him for the if necessary game. Anderson would be available for Thursday and I believe Gaeckle will be available for Arkansas tonight.

Eyanson would most likely only come in if it were to win the game…8th or 9th inning with a small lead or something like that. Otherwise save him for Thursday and if you win he'll be fresh for the championship series

It's going to be Noot, Cowan ,Rizy, Mayer, Williams, and Shores tonight.

I want Coastal to win it all, and I think a Coastal win and an LSU loss today is the best path for that, regardless of their ultimate opponent.

I've hated Arkansas since 1975..I live far away now and still can't get away from obnoxious Arkansas fans.

Definitely agree with getting as much baseball as possible. But my kids have decreed we don't like Coastal because they pull the Kentucky hit-by-pitch stunt, so I guess I'm rooting for Louisville to win the whole thing.

I think I'm cheering for Coastal or Louisville to win it all, so I just want a good game no matter the outcome. I want Arky to win today to force game 3 and burn pitching for both teams.

I want a meteor to hit one side of the bracket so that they cannot compete in the final.
I'll let y'all guess which side.

This is how I feel living in Nashville, the melting pot of SEC fanbases.

There are some that stand out as least knowledgeable and most obnoxious, and for those outside of this world, it may be a shocker:

1. Ole Piss
2. Arkie
2. Kentucky (in all but basketball)

Then there is the group of fans that are arrogant and make your eyes roll:
1. Georgia (right up there with Ohio State and t.u.)
1. t.u.
2. Bama
2. Kentucky (in basketball only)

This is how you can gauge my reactions to certain teams winning anything.

I will always pull against t.u., no matter who they are playing.

Meteor showers are usually in play most weekends. I consider LSU to be a healthier rivalry, and in baseball their fans are more tolerable. In football, forget it - in football, I cheer for a meteor strike if LSU is involved.

I'm still going teal for the weekend!
