Every pitcher has their 'signature move'... his leg kick really kicked ass the last couple outings.

His improvement after really sucking proves to me that Earley and his staff either didn't know or were not telling these players what they needed to hear in the offseason and leading into the season. It took too many of them getting off to horrendous starts in order for them to get to work on their craft and have success.

Binderup is another prime example. Both were talked up by Earley like Texags hyping a backup QB and they were horrid for half the season before they showed improvement.

I don't think one guy outside maybe Lamkin had a better season this year than last and other than TK2 I don't think anyone exceeded expectations. That is a pretty strong condemnation of the staff.

Hoping he will fill the role of Evan Aschenbeck did in '24. Weston Moss fills the Chris Cortez role (spot starter, long reliever, set up to closer). No one stepped into those roles this year. '26 can't get here fast enough. Ready to get this year behind us.
