The rules weren't written for batters wearing body armor. They should change the rule so that if the ball hits your body armor, its just a ball (unless you're in the strike zone, then it's a strike).

Yessir. They are clearly taught to "turn away" from the ball and slightly toward home as they rotate. It's subtle, but it's 100% taught.

If you wear body armor when you bat, you should have to wear it when you run the bases, and when you're out in the field. Wearing all that armor in the batter's box would lose its appeal if you had to wear it the entire game

He seems like a decent enough guy when he's interviewed but his teams have behaved at Mach 10 dooooshbag level ever since he got there. The team takes on the character of their coach
