Among the youth this MLB video game is very popular.

Confuses me as to how the Aggies aren't one of the new college team options as the runner up last year and preseason #1 this year.

An extra layer is that the video game was being marketed behind home plate during the Elon series.

Seems to be an A&M problem. They were never featured when Madden and NBA 2K added colleges. Yet, the Longhorns were featured.

Even Tech was featured in one of the Maddens.

It's just part of the story mode. You aren't going to actually have a real college baseball season. Just play a few games to build stats and get drafted.

Since it's only eight teams included and all the videos take place at Omaha… I'm assuming you are playing through the college World Series with those eight teams as the participants. I feel like that's the easiest way they could do it.
