Cool cap. Not really any different from the normal maroon cap, but with perforations. Do they offer better performance? No idea. But I do think it looks cool.

Fits true to size. I'm 7 1/8. I usually fit smaller in adi caps than New Era where 7 1/4 is my normal size.
So if you have lasts year's cap, not a massive change. But a fun alternative to add to your collection.

I ordered both maroon hats (performance and basic). So I'll return the one I don't like as much… looks wise I prefer the performance one so hopefully that one fits well. I hate ordering fitted hats online but they aren't selling them in Houston

It's always a crap shoot. adi is usually pretty standard, but you still never know. New Era is a complete crap shoot. I can order 3 7 1/4 caps, and one is way too tight, the other a half size too large and the 3rd (hopefully) is perfect.

As it stood here, I got 2. Both were perfect. I am keeping both as I like having more then one cap I like.

Jealous of your little peanut head. I have this huge head and those adidas caps just don't look right. Hopefully one day Adidas will update their template and give the cap more depth.

Maybe they could do a high crown and low crown like New Era. It's nice to have the option. Obviously, that means retail has to buy both, so who knows...

I think the adi caps are officially mid-crowns. I thought I read that somewhere. But how that is defined, I have no idea given each providers idea of crown size can be different.
