The email that came out said that Reed parking holders can get into Blue Bell lot on Sundays. Does that mean that if I'm a Blue Bell lot holder, that I could be bumped to Reed if I don't get there early enough? I know there was at least one (heavily attended) game I went to last year where I was running late and got the last empty spot in Blue Bell, so this just made me wonder...

9/10, I get there early enough to tailgate so it shouldn't be a problem, but it does make a difference for that last one.

They try to keep enough held back for the expected Sunday Olsen/Blue Bell regular parking lot people while opening up the rest to season parking permits from Reed. But if they were to miscalculate the attendance (and you get there really late) it is possible that you might be bumped to Reed, I guess.

But it is the same procedure as past year's.
