I would think that this is a better solution than a lawsuit.
Can we do it in a very public way?
It kind of puts the screws to the SEC leadership, but I know that at least the real UT has our backs, and probably most of the conference at this point.
It also looks less petty than a lawsuit. It is more likely to be seen as seeking forward change as opposed to just sour grapes.
Finally, it keeps tu in the news for this for a long time. We get to bring ideas for new rule changes to the next conference meeting that specifically target this kind of activity, and drag tu through the mud one more time.
