Anyone can be sued. If you are going to sue, you name Schloss + staff and not UT. This way it would be trickier for UT to pay legal and attorney fees (tricky, but not impossible). Also, you would go after him for exposing "trade secrets". This is similar to what happened in MLB a few years ago. Trade secrets are very difficult to get thrown out before discovery.

Everyone on here that says you can't sue is wrong. You can. You might not win, but "the penalty is the lawsuit." The legal process is uncomfortable and discovery is miserable. You can make is life uncomfortable.

Even if you lose, make sure you drag him to court in late May.

Apparently he's a swinger. Do Not want to think about what he might have been doing in Austin.

Nope, completely disagree with you wholeheartedly. Heckle the living **** out of him and make him feel as worthless as humanly possible. He deserves way worst.

This goes beyond heckling.

Nothing on this side of legal is over the line. No reason to stoop to his level (breach of contract, fraud & confidence games), but no reason to hold back.

Hard pass, I want 27 innings of pure hell for him at Olsen.

If the burner phones and recruiting to tu are true, the discovery phase of a law suit would be career ending for all who participated.

I would accept that as a win.
