Howdy Ags, I saw a few people comparing stadiums, so I tried my best to do an overlay of Blue Bell Park vs Omaha and the Vols stadium vs Omaha. It's not 100% accurate, but the numbers in the link tell a story too.

Puts a little perspective on the Vols HR numbers. Clearly they wouldn't have as many homers if playing in Olsen. Also throw in over 800 feet higher elevation which would slightly thin the air a bit. Not sure what the gap is, but not as big as pure numbers.

ten and fifteen feet differences between bb and vols park. Imagine how many of our warning track balls would have been gone. Their park is too small. Ours is good.

Yep, 10-15 is pretty significant considering how many balls short of our warning track might be over the fence.

that's one thing I've always liked about Olsen Field

the dimensions are neutral for the pitcher & hitter

the 360 ft power alleys in Knoxville are a joke

More than a few times. Haha. Also had a wiffle ball league on a nice little league field. Perfect dimensions for wiffle ball. Vols tiny azz stadium would qualify.
