Totally agree, I agree with the approach. I'm just laughing at the folks in the zoo that dismiss what the incoming generation desires in exchange for ancient traditions. See the DJ debate.tamc93 said:

He understands he has to find the balance and not ignore his stakeholders that will fund the future. Hopefully the rest of TAMU administration/regents will wake up some day before they have to wait for the 15 year olds to turn 50+.
