He's been doing it all year. I thought that's the way the guy's name was pronounced until I looked it up and heard him pronounce it himself on the roster pronunciation guide!!!!
I just went and on the pronunciation guide it says "Bud-MIVE". And what he says sounds like "bud-Mive" too... so... I think Will's got it right.BohunkAg said:

He kept calling Walker Janek "Walter."
Andrew is rolling the R. Listen to the way Ali pronounces it on the roster site. It sounds more like that than "ree".rally-cap said:
Can we get everyone to agree on Camarillo too? Monaco pronounces it "Cah-mah-dee-oh" and everyone else pronounces it "Cah-mah-ree-yo" which is how its shown on the team site
As someone who has had his last name pronounced a number of different ways, it matters.William_C_G said:

Bunch of pronunciation Nazis. . That being said, it is important for our announcers to pronounce the names of our players correctly.

The Tarleton website has someone else saying it. Our website has Zane saying it himself, so I'm gonna' trust that.trouble said:ensign_beedrill said:I just went and on the pronunciation guide it says "Bud-MIVE". But on the Tarleton site, the pronunciation is "bad my eve" which is the only way I've ever heard it in person. Someone should ask Zane.
I don't think it's being a Nazi to want to pronounce someone's name correctly.William_C_G said:

Okay not just me. I don't understand how he gets away with saying it on live TV.
