What Houston area Ags are going to the A&M-UH baseball game on Tuesday, the 9th?

I went last year and the Howdy Club had a tent set up in the parking lot with free beer and hot dogs. I checked their website and there is no mention of that this year. Just wondered if anyone knew anything.

At any rate, I'm ready for Tuesday and some Aggie baseball.

On another note, this game makes me pretty nervous b/c I think UH has a pretty good club and this game could go either way.

I am actually attending UH right now and they do have a good team. This will not be an easy win. Should be a good game, I will be going if I do not have to work that night.

DISCLAIMER: I have followed them pretty close because I am a big college baseball fan but nothing compares to TAMU baseball.

i'm thinking about making the drive...I drove down in 2002 for it....it was cool cause I got to chill with the fam...

And for those of you that are not aware, UH sells cold beer at their baseball games. Not too often you get to enjoy live college baseball and cold beer concurrently.

Anyone know how many other college stadiums sell beer? Baseball or otherwise? I remember the 1995 Colorado game in boulder they sold beer but I think they stopped.

I really like UH's stadium and the fact that they sell beer makes it even better. I'll be there with my Cougar High fiance' - she's still ragging me for our meltdown last year in the Regionals......

The Z party will be there with friends. We actually know a few of the UofH players and parents.
Mrs. Z, a UofH grad will do her usual and pull for the Ags and UofH.

I'm there along with my wife and daughter (her first game). Will there be plenty of gen. adm. tickets at the gate or should I actually get them before?

My wife also wants to know how much the beer costs if anyone knows.

If my memory serves me correctly, look to pay roughly halfway between bar prices and Astros prices for beer. I think maybe the beers are 4 or 5 bucks. Could be wrong.
