Does anyone else feel like every uniform option they have just looks terrible? They all either look like they are 3 sizes to big on the players or make their feet like like clown shoes (the solid white ones).

Their main color is burnt orange, any statement that involves that color and the word terrible, is redundant.

I'm having trouble finding a picture of the gray unis, but that are more terrible than the whites.

They also have pants that are about a calf too long for baseball...

(Mizzou's Under Armor road greys from a few years ago were the best Big 12 jerseys since the old Texas Aggies script jerseys)

If you don't think the way you looks affects the way you play baseball, then you obviously have no idea. Go mind your own bidness.

That reminds me of the time a few years ago when someone posted a mini-tirade about how silly the Aggies look with their high socks. According to the poster, nobody would ever take the Ags seriously and they would lose recruits because of the socks.

Wonder where that poster is now...

If you want to find people who think TU's Uniforms look terrible.

You could probably come on this site any day any time and find that 99% of people agree that they look terrible.

the other 1% are blind and will have to take your word for it.

colorblindness... he has it.

I like lots of color in the socks. But, I do prefer the single-color socks rather than the striped socks.

I don't care what color pattern the sock is, as long as it's a stirrup.

How sweet would it be if we played tu in the College World Series? If it happens, is there any chance our ace pitcher would be able to play for us?

stirrups and wearing pants up around the knee is baseball

glad Childress has our team all wear the high cut pants at kneees exposing stirrups


I hate seeing so many HS kids wearing their pants long and over their shoes or tucked under their heels

Similar? Yes. Exactly the same? Nope.

Even if you change the colors there are several differences that make A&M road vests a good looking road uni and t.u.'s terrible.

The drop shadow on the script and the numbers
Pullover with 2 buttons vs. button down with 'placket striping'
Grey hat crown vs solid color hats (actually not sure which I like better)

The biggest difference is the way t.u. wears the uniform. Most of their jerseys look like their older brothers' jerseys and most of them are wearing 'pajama' pants. They just look plain sloppy.

No, I'm not gay or even effeminate. I just notice details in sporting uniforms and think a team should look like a team.
