I just wanted to let you know that Looch was asked to throw out the first pitch this Saturday (August 1) at the Brazos Valley Bombers Baseball game.

It's part of "Aggie Night" at the ballpark! The first 400 fans through the gate will receive a Terrence Murphy Bobblehead Doll. T-Murph will be the featured guest and will also be throwing out the first pitch, along with Jerrod Johnson, Nathan Walkup, J.T. Higgins and Liucci.

In addition, students who show a valid A&M ID will get $2 dollars off the price of admission.

Guys, I did Bombers radio their first two seasons (2007 and '08) and it's a great time out there in Bryan! Tickets are cheap...beer is even cheaper and very cold...and it's just a nice atmosphere to watch a game.

If you're an Aggie and certainly a subscriber in the area, come out to the park to see if Billy skips it in or reaches the plate. I threw out a first pitch at a game last year...toed the rubber and went with the knuckle ball. A little high but I was pleased overall.

The game starts at 7 p.m. against the Victoria Generals (the team that I named for the TCL...I won a contest by going with the Generals. The city of Victoria was named after General Guadalupe Victoria, the first president of Mexico). Get there early if you want to see Liucci throw the pitch.

Thanks guys.
