FSU with a two out, three-run jack in the bottom of the 8th to tie it at five.

Stanford had two away and the bases empty and couldn't close out the inning.

The FSU SS is certainly screwing over his own team...

Stanford has now dropped an 11 spot on FSU in the top of the 9th, and leads 16-5.

Only unfortunate thing is BA is getting what they want.

As an undergraduate of FSU who has followed Seminole baseball since the mid-80s, I feel so bad for Mike Martin, who is one of the best coaches and human beings on this earth. He has been to Omaha 13 times now, and barring a miracle run through the losers bracket, he will leave Omaha without a NC. I have nothing but respect and admiration for Mike and his team.

Don't count the Seminoles out as they lost the first games of both the regional and super regional. Of course now they are playing the #1 overall seed Hurricanes on Monday.

I can't talk bad about FSU's SS as he sprained his ankle and had to get 4 stiches after getting taken out on a hard slide by a runner at second base. He ended up not missing a play and played the rest of the game.

wow that is impressive about the ss, but i really cant stand fsu but that is mostly because the football team.

I would trade places with FSU baseball in a heartbeat! Didn't they beat us in the opening game in '99?
