The Tennessean is a liberal rag being used by the plaintiff's attorneys to keep this title IX lawsuit in the news.

That lawsuit doesn't pass the smell test and it looks like the school is not willing to settle at the moment.

As for this particular piece, the school nor CBJ did anything wrong. If any laws were broken it was by the Knoxville police dept.
