I just know that discipline, integrity, hard work etc. do not eliminate the possibility of having fun. At the end of the day, it's a game that he is privileged to coach. He ought to wake up every day giddy that he's got people paying him that kind of money to coach a GAME. All this BS he goes off on about the pressure and stuff is internally fed. That's what I love about Sumlin. He's good... I think he has standards for our players, I think they are learning all the GOOD things that you should learn playing a team sport, AND he and his players look like they are having a ball. That's the way it should be, and that's the kind of environment I would want my kid to play in.
