Watching the LSU v MSU game I could not believe the empty bleachers in "Death Valley" into the 4th quarter. Talking about fair weather fans - they almost missed one of the best comebacks probably in their history. Too bad they fell short.

I was certainly not impressed with the emptiness of their stadium - by Aggie definition it looks like 90% of LSU fans are 2%ers.

I stayed until the end vs Ms State. But I saw a lot leave Kyle Field early vs Old Miss. It's the same almost everywhere -- the AD caters to corporate to get more money and they have no loyalty to the school. It's that way for us at LSU and looks to be the same at TAMU. Plus neither of us are playing well and that doesn't help either.

Actually doesn't happen much at Kyle.
Definitely not as much as several other large programs.
I'd bet the number of "corporate seating" blocks in Austin is 10x's that of Kyle Field.

I'll preface by saying that LSU fans in general suck. But, in their defense the traffic trying to leave Baton Rouge after a game is unbearable. If you stay until the game is over you can expect a 3 hour minimum to get out of town. It's amazingly bad.

Of course, Baton Rouge traffic is bad every day of the week. Just horrible (or non-existent) city planning

I've sat in every part of Kyle, even the covered Zone Club seating. If it's large blocks of corporate sponsor seating, it's corporate sponsors who always fill their seats and stay. It's a far different story on the east side of DKR in Austin

I went to the Music City Bowl, and I was was quite underwhelmed by the LSU fans. The ND crowd were much more into the game. The drunk behind me was pretty funny though.
