We win a NC 20 years ago, Bill Clinton was president number 42, he likes basketball, we play basketball, here is a jersey, let's write 42 on it and pretend that means something and then retire it. women's outdoor track (X3)
men's outdoor track (X4)
women's basketball (1)
equestrian (2)

care to compare hillbilly? We can go back further and match your football NC; add a couple of softball ones, etc. how would you like to play this game?

Not that you were asking me, but I can name seven off the top of my head (since 2000):

5 Indoor Track (00, 03, 05, 06, 13)
1 Outdoor Track (03)
1 Cross Country (00)

I am not sure about the girls, though. There could possibly be more.

I think I am remembering right, the men's programs have a total of 43 National Championships, after getting a few taken away in track a couple of years ago.

Although, I don't see a correlation between a ****ty president having his number retired and an inferiority complex. But when all else fails, brag about your track championships to validate the stupidity of retiring a number

For the record,
I like Arkansas.
I love basketball.
I don't hate Clinton.

But this is ridiculous. It makes very little sense. Have a reception, honor him at halftime, but retiring his number? And 20 years later? I just don't get it.
