I just thought of this...maybe instead of poor officiating or poor coaching, we should blame last night's loss on Pacific.

Folks, this team will be fine. How many of y'all expected them to be undefeated all year anyway? Remember that Pacific was a tournament team last year.

it seems to have been that way all season. we play great defense but we go cold form the floor too often. That, to me, shows a lack of firepower on offense. I think we may still be a year away form the dance.

Realistically, we are not mature enough to win a game like last night, and until we can get more offensive firepower, we will struggle against decent teams.

We are likely a year away from the Big Dance,
but may find a way to get in this year.
Year after next(2007-2008 season), I think we will be really good!

Don't count us out of tourney contention just yet. As mentioned, we went cold against Pacific, in our first road game of the year, against a tourney team from last year, and still kept it pretty close. Not bad. I would've liked the win, but at least we were competitive.
Texas and OU look pretty salty right now, but tceh and Kansas are having down years. OSU has a decent record, but they are also down from previous years. It remains to be seen if Colorado or ISU is for real; KSU is not. A&M has a great shot to make a run and get into the tourney this year, if for no other reason than, beyond tu and ou, no one team is distinguishing itself yet.
