The only thing I can see that got them in over us was an early season win over UW. Other than that, they lost to every ranked team they faced. Even so, UW was 14 when UCLA beat them.

It's payback for our sweep over the Bruins in baseball this weekend.

Watching the selection show, they didn't even have A&M as a "bubble burst" team, so I don't think it was UCLA that got our spot. According to CBS Sports, we were at least the 6th or 7th team out...in other words, we weren't even close.

And not getting one of the upsets we were so close to getting (both OU, both OSU, @KU). One of those probably would have only left 1 conf tourney victory between us and NCAA.
