Did Anyone Else Get "Reed Arena Fan Experience Survey?"

Just filled mine out and tore the following up:
Bad food
Bad parking
No breaks from music/noise from 20 minutes before the game to 20 minutes after.
Lack of accommodation with decent food for families on weeknight games

The music is annoying on tv. I'm guessing it's worse in person.
I'm usually buzzed when I'm there so I don't mind it.
I roast most of the experience on this survey every year. So it's "legit" in that it's official. Now whether anyone actually reads it or not is a different question.
Yup. I gave them an earful about that DJ and his painful, incessant amplified noise.

I feel like I cannot think from the moment I walk in until I leave. It. Never. Stops.
I didn't get one this year (so far) which is weird since it's the first year I had season tix. Got them in past years when I had just bought tickets to 3-4 games per yr .
Edited to say I got the SEC survey request about 15 mins after I posted that I hadn't . I roasted the Athletic Department on marketing of games and exit parking organization.

Got mine. First question was what SEC school do you support & all sec teams were listed.
IMO the league sent out the questionnaire. Guess they're trying to figure out who has the worst parking, food & loud DJ.

Frankly have gotten tired of filling these out. They obviously are going into someone's circular file.

These are SEC surveys, not A&M Athletic Department surveys. Doubt that they help with anything.

Thats how I feel. Skipped it this year.
I'm in my mid 50s.. how many more years until I reach this level of whining about noise and concession stand food at a sporting event?
Like many of you, I got the survey. I had tickets in the BG and MT coaching era and just got back in this year. I absolutely HATE how loud the music is and how often they play the music. While I am older and have different musical tastes, I would much rather hear our band and student cheers than the overamplified music.
Food variety sucks, but I try to eat before or after to avoid.

I'm not a basketball season ticket holder. I only go to one or two games a year for the past three years. The parking, with a TMF parking pass, is horrendous. The process needs to be completely redesigned. Even the parking attendants are disgusted and embarrassed by it.
The noise hasn't really bothered me. I feel like that's just par for the course, in most arenas these days.
Parking is ridiculous. I'm usually hurrying in from out-of-town, with a parking pass, and can never park in Reed Parking. I always end up paying $5 to park across the street. It's not a huge deal, but annoying that there is never parking, in the lots I have a pass for.
Food is what it is. It's just the basic pretzel/hot dog/nachos/peanuts type of food I expect at a basketball game.

Your parking pass is a hunting permit not a guaranteed parking spot as the head of KK informed students when I matriculated in 1979…
