Texas A&M's Henry Coleman III is the recipient of the 2025 Nolan Richardson award. The award is presented annually to a division I player who is the heart and soul of his team and a leader on and off the court.

Quote:

His leadership on the court helped the Aggies enjoy a lot of success over the past four seasons. Off the court, Coleman was part of the SEC Community Service Team, and he was the chair the SEC Basketball Leadership Council.

"Those close to the program will tell you that the leadership of Henry Coleman III was a major part of the team's success," said Joe Dwyer, President of CollegeInsider.com. "His work ethic, and 'lead by example' approach is contagious. He's an impressive young man with a very bright future. Henry Coleman III embodies the essence of the Nolan Richardson award."

The recipient of the annual award is determined by a 10-member voting committee, which consists of current and former head coaches, as well as two senior staff members of collegeinsider.com.

Young man is going to kill it at whatever he decides to do....

From President to Coach, to Principal, to Law School.

Can't wait to see where he ends up.

What a fabulous young man!

No doubt this award was well deserved. If you have ever heard any of the interviews he has done, you instantly realize how humble he is and grateful for those that have an influence in his life. He will go on to do great things and is an awesome representative of his family and Texas A&M.

Well deserved award for a guy who was so easy to cheer for. Never complained. Just competed, worked, and led by example. I remember seeing Henry at the Houston Open a few years ago walking with Sam Bennett's group, supporting his fellow Ag. Fantastic career and best of luck to him going forward.
