Man… this is hard.

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Texas A&M, to the 12th Man, to every player who has put on that jersey, to my staff, and to everyone who has been part of this journey. This placethis programis special. It's built on hard work, toughness, and doing things the right way. And from the moment I arrived in College Station, I have tried to embody that every single day.

I always tell our guys: consistency is the separator. It's not about emotion. It's not about hype. It's about showing up, every single day, and putting in the work when no one is watching. That's what we did here. That's what made this program competitive at the highest level.

Leaving a place you love is never easy. It's uncomfortable. It's emotional. But growth comes from stepping into the unknown, from chasing new challenges, from continuing to evolve as a leader, a mentor, and a coach. Maryland presents a unique opportunityone that aligns with my values, my vision, and my belief in building something special.

To my players at Texas A&My'all are the reason I coach. It has been my greatest privilege to stand beside you, to push you, to see you grow not just as players but as men. That is what I will cherish the most.

To the 12th Manyou are different. You are relentless. You show up. You believe. And you love in a way that is rare in college athletics. That will never be lost on me.

This is not goodbye. It's simply a new chapter. I will always be an Aggie. I will always be grateful. And I will always carry with me the lessons, the relationships, and the incredible memories from my time at Texas A&M.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
