It's a schloss caliber hire but for basketball!!

If we are aiming high. McCasland is my #1. I don't think we could get him, but throw the money at him and see what happens

I don't think the odds are good, but he is the best, realistic hire we can get.

Understates those accomplishments. Ark LR was in his first season as coach. At Tech he made the elite 8 in year 2, national title in year 3. Texas was ranked 1 in year 2, and after Beard was fired it was still good enough to let Rodney Terry take it to the e8. Ole Miss was s16 in year 2!

His insane track record and instant high level success at multiple stops reminds me a lot of Urban Meyer. He would have won championships at Texas.
