Let's accept they aren't going anywhere (similar to conference championship games in football), there's just too much money for them to go away.
The ACC, BigTen and other conferences are limiting how many teams make their respective tournaments. I'm curious if these leagues are regretting limiting the potential of more teams making the dance, especially seeing that one league could get as many as 13 teams in the field of 68.
What would you like to see…less teams in the conference tournament, all teams?
Personally, I don't like every team getting a chance to play in the postseason, the regular season should mean something. The ACC, BigTen and SEC should stick to a 10 team conference tournament.
Sure the SEC was crazy good this year, but I see that as an anomaly, not something we will see every year.
