We are up 51-29 going into the first media TO. Coleman gets a tech (I think it was dead ball at the TO?) and sip out scores us 41-18 the rest of the way.
Felt like coming out of that TO we immediately went into drag-ass offense. Crawling up the floor off a make or a miss, getting into our offense with 1819 seconds left and putting zero stress on the sip defense (until it got back to within 6, but then it was too late).
It's like we did to ourselves offensively what we like to do to other teams when we are on defense - slow them down so they don't have time in a possession and have to rush to score. Instead we basically let the sip defense rest for 10-12 seconds every possession and then fumbled around.
VERY frustrating to watch, from a strategic standpoint. When you aren't a sharp shooting team and you aren't getting to the line, why remove all the aggression and attack in the open floor? I get wanting to shorten the game, but with 16 minutes left??
