Some other teams are good examples of why you're probably better off spreading the money around rather than going all in on a couple of guys. Rutgers, for example.

But I also doubt those three have the highest payrolls, he just picked the ones that are struggling.

What's the story on Kansas State? Do they have a mega donor super basketball fan? Arkansas and Indiana aren't too surprising to be on the top 3 list.
