I don't agree with ESPN
Its going to be very very difficult and if anything, Im amazed it was close-ish the first time. This is not a positive matchup for us. In a lot of ways they are "us but way better"
We are a much diff team over the last 7-8 games

Isn't U of H dealing with some injuries? I think if anything they are slightly worse than when we played earlier this year

Yes. UH has some injuries. Robert's went down during the Iowa St game. He played last night but sparingly. Tugler is out for the season. Ramon Walker came back last night so that is a plus.

People are reading too much into the final score of our first matchup. We were down 51-32 at the 16:00 minute mark of the 2nd half, before Wade went nuclear and dragged us back into the game.
We will need a much better performance to get the W. The good news is we are playing much better now. We will have Boots playing and Manny's emergence gives us 3 scorers. Also, Wade has proven he can go off against anyone.
This is payoff for following the team all season through the highs and lows. Should be a fun game with opportunity to advance to the S16 in Dallas! I like our chances.

Is the espn calculator a fan poll or what? It certainly doesn't take into account injuries or recent trends imo. There is no way they have a 90% chance to win. 60% … I could buy that

Seems like neither team has much quality depth so foul trouble could play a big part of the game
We are pretty much at 100% strength right now . They have lost 3 significant contributors in the past month or so. There's zero doubt depth is on the plus side for us in this matchup. That was not true in December but it has flipped since then.
I feel bad for UH with their bad luck on injuries but I'm not hating it right now.

We aren't playing remotely the same compared to when we played them. Far different. We now have 3 proven scorers, which greatly aids in opening up our offense, as seen in the past 3 weeks. We saw glimpses of this offense in the first KY game.
We need to drive and get their guards into foul trouble. Whoever has fewer fouls wins the game in my opinion.

Is there any reason our posessions are up significantly over our last 3 games? Did we make a change or is it just from playing fast pace teams and just matching their pace?
Season avg is 69.6, but have been at 76.9 over the last 3.
