Our guards 49 points against Alabama while impressive hid the 18 the rest of the team shot!

Our guards shot 25 in the losses but the rest could not get over 38! Only Dennis stepped up.

In other words we were a two guard team! A recipe for loss.

Everybody knew PS was a three shot team. Our coaches could not come up with a plan to stop or reduce

their shots. Disappointing!

Taylor looked tired after the SEC tournament!

Well we also need better Forward play too in big games.

tu beat PSU because of Disu. Disu dominated against PSU. It was a close game and tu needed every bit from Disu. We didn't have anyone remotely resemble Disu.

Marble and Coleman were very inconsistent the last month of the season. PSU should have been very vulnerable in the paint. We could not take advantage of this.

Marble started hot and we didn't really feed him much after that. Should have been a steady diet. Maybe he doesn't handle double teams well? Not sure, but we had success there early..

We have no one that can short roll like Disu.

Marble is good with his back to the basket, but he cannot dribble or pass.

Coleman was decent attacking from the elbow last year, but seemed to regress this year.

We don't have anyone that can catch the ball at the nail after Wade gets blitzed and play 4 on 3. Draymond is the best ever at it.

Marble has great hands and is the best pick and roll option but yes he doesn't have the nice push shot at 10 feet. He's actually good with the ball in his hands at the elbow.

I think marble is a pretty good ball handler as well as passer.

Need more skill or more dawgs.

Coleman needs to be spend his off-season working on his hands. How many times did he fumble the ball out of bounds this year?

Oh, and I'd like to see Garcia develop some scoring moves. This kid has tremendous upside. He just needs an arsenal of moves.

Garcia, Washington, or Obaseki could make a living there. Dennis could have done much more there.

If we get more explosive on the wings, Taylor has more options.

I think we made a tactical error against PSU by running the offense through Marble early. Sure, he had some success, but the real advantage we had was in rebounding. Marble, Coleman, and Garcia should have been cleaning up drives, not playing with the ball in their hands.

If we get more athletic on the perimeter, we can afford to play a rim protector who only rebounds, defends, and runs pick and roll. I don't know that Charles Bediako is a better player than Javonte Brown. I DO know that if you have 4 other explosive offensive players on the court, you can put a guy out there like Bediako and not expect any offense from him.

Until we get more athletic on the wings, e.g. having two guys like Q and Dennis on the court together, this team probably can't take the next step. A lineup of Taylor, Obaseki, and Washington has potential, but it's not enough.

Marble has shown plenty of times that he has a nice mid-range shot.

Buzz actually immediately benched him at the first timeout after his 6th point.

Marbles 6th point came at 16:33
He actually missed a shot at 14:36 and again at 13:39
He subbed out at 13:11
He subbed back in a minute later at the media timeout at 11:56

But don't let reality ruin a good point.

Did Marble take a shot in the second half? Can't remember one. I know we were also in panic mode to score quickly.

He did not. In fact, Dennis, Radford and Taylor took 30 of our 34 second half shots.
