What I'm embarassed about is how awful this board is towards this team when they lose. You turn your backs to them and hurl insults at these kids who bleed maroon. Really unfortunate that our fan base is represented this way.

It's funny, this team was good enough to have a bunch of people rush to this board and paying attention. We get a tough matchup and play poorly and those same people are now screaming the team sucks and this program is trash.

Well just imagine how hard it is for most of our fans. They ignored the whole season, and therefore never like actually saw us win any games, but then at the end they got to like talk a bunch of trash to sips once they looked at their brackets and then after all that we lost the only game they saw and they looked like fools. Youd be pissed too!

I'm embarrassed that we made no effective halftime adjustments. In many/most games like this, the team behind has at least one run in them. We didn't.

I'm embarrassed for the posters who got embarrassed about how disappointed people were last night.

I'm embarrassed for the basketball board nazis that got unhappy at all the new posters. The only board with more protective posters is the baseball board.

We got beat worse than some 16 seeds

it was just one of those days. it happens. it's disappointing but anyone who bags in this team has no clue what they are talking about. we had a great season, overachieved by a lot in my opinion and played our worst game in 2023 on the wrong night. sometimes that's how basketball go, as ron washington would say

It will translate to a massive contract extension. The justification for said extension will be for recruiting purposes.

- Turned it around in SEC play
- Beats Bama's Accessory to Murder at Reed
- Made the tournament
- Did it with 3-star journeymen

Dear diary.

I hear you. We had a really good season in conference play. Better than I expected. Hurts me to watch Buzz and the players go down that way after they worked so hard to turn around the season. They raised everyone's expectations and now to see so many people bang on them just sucks. I have confidence Buzz will turn this into a learning experience and take the next steps toward getting better. It's not about the bad things that happen to you, it's about how you react after bad things happen.

Because of Buzz's comments from calling out their weak*** system last year.
