Guards guards guards!! Our depth is crap at guard and has to improve. Gordon and Hefner being in your first permitter guys off the bench doesn't cut it.

I'm basing this on Radford will be back.

1. Replace Dexter Dennis. I could be proven wrong, but I don't think his replacement is on this team right now. So need to go to the portal to find his replacement.
2. Upgrade over Gordon. I'm not saying Gordon should be gone, just saying we need better players so he isn't your 1st or 2nd guard off the bench. He's maybe a 10th man at best on a team that would want to make a final four run. I assume a healthy Manny is ahead of him next year, but they need somebody else. Maybe it's Bryce Lindsay. But I think even if Bryce is ready to contribute, they need at least two portal guards/wings.
3. Upgrade over Hefner. Same as Gordon, not saying he has to go, but he needs to be bumped way down the roster.
4. Coleman needs to gain some explosiveness. Need to develop a consistent jumper from 8-10 feet. He has to be more consistent with his play.
5. I think we have some nice post players in Marble, Coleman, Garcia and Solo. I expect Garcia and Solo to show improvement. I wouldn't mind adding a long shot blocker and rim runner. Perimeter players is much bigger need though.

Need Solo to develop some offense. He's gotta be able to score from 8-10 feet like Marble.

Need a shooter with some size. Long teams shut us down so easily in part because we don't have any tall shooters.

Coleman needed to bring a shot this year and didn't, but maybe he will next year. Just has to be part of his game. And he needs to work on his hands.

But we should be really good next year, add a couple pieces and we could really make a go at it.

More cardio. Less drinking, less carbs. Maybe a liver cleanse to be ready for the football opener.

Which is why you have to load up on guards. People that can pick it up so it's not all about him and Boots.

We had a really good year and team was really good. Not right to start ripping on individual players.

He can stay, if he's willing to accept a lower usage role. But the problem is he has been told that he's a high usage guy. Most guys don't want to come down from that.

Radford shot 39% from the field this year with nearly a 1:1 assist to turnover ratio. . That's god awful.

Radford hasn't done **** since the first auburn game after that he's been awful average at best. Coleman had one half and that was it great kid but he's soft with bad hands.

We need play makers at guard and definitely forward Pickett is from sienna and funk from bucknall but we got Khalid Robison who absolutely sucks.

We have great defenders, length and athleticism but this game showed we need shooters and guys who can score. We need guys who can get to the bucket consistently.

I want Robinson to get run. He's not because he sucks defensively and Buzz prioritizes that. But we need to start prioritizing offense. Who gives a **** about D when you can't break 50 until garbage time

Radford was an incredibly inefficient player this year. He's going on 24 years old. He is who he is. Another offseason isn't going to change much about his game.

I love Radford. Enjoyed his 1st season here immensely. He needs to go see what he can do in the G League though.

Marc is totally right. . .guards guards and more guards. Get experienced guys from the portal who know how to put in the hard work to mesh with the returning team.
