He gave absolutely no credit to our Aggies

They did miss a lot of open shots tho.

Who cares what he said. We beat them. We don't need his damn credit.

Think they rushed some open shots due to our D. Additionally, most teams don't shoot as well on the road with crowd noise against them. And on the road, typically not as rested as at home, etc.

Some coaches may have said, " We didn't shoot very well and missed some open shots, but A&M played hard and well on D, and likely affected us some"

They had the conference wrapped up, just like we had 2nd place locked up. They had a bad shooting game. It was a coach doing an interview.

Right after our game with them yes that would be an appropriate answer. A week later after your next game? The answer is going be be short and to the point. There really isn't a need for press to even bring up the last game.

His room was next door to me in Tampa last year and he was very complimentary of A&M after our wins and his team getting knocked out. He also offered me snacks from their hospitality room. That was my personal experience with him but he's not everyone's cup of tea and definitely hurt his image lately

Us Aggies tend to think the national media personalities and journalists are out to get us, but this is even more extreme. Would it have made your day better if he had said that? Something tells me Buzz and the team won't lose sleep over not getting complimented.

I imagine most of the coaches would be completely likable face to face. I had those parents who didn't like me when my teams were dominating Upward basketball so I get it!

Not always my experience method. My biggest jerk face to face coach was definitely Bobby Knight.

I got to meet several over the years through the NABC at the final four every year and the opponents that we had over the years. Lots of lifelong friends, but also met and know alot of jerks.

He seemed pretty reasonable and likeable right up to the point he glossed over four of his players being involved with the murder of a single mom and then trying to shrug it away in every interview since.

It's great that he was respectful to you last year but now him and Miller are 1a/b for the least likable people in all of college basketball. I wish them both nothing but physical and financial ruin.

They had a lot of open looks from 3 in the first half that they just flat out missed
