Rothstein has nicknames and catch phrases for a ton of coaches around the country; and has even taken it a step further to merchandise some of them. Any time their teams win a game he tweets their little phrase and talks about the game. He's a weird follow but entertaining.

Anyway, a few years ago he started "Palpable Buzz Williams" as one of those.
If you don't get it, it's a play on somebody saying "there's a palpable buzz in the building"
