Buzz brought almost all of his staff (11 people in all) from VT, including the S&C coach. His assistant coaches are Jamie McNeilly, Lyle Wolf, and Devin Johnson. McNeilly and Johnson were assistants at Virginia Tech and he promoted Wolf to an assistant position.

In a nutshell, the A&M basketball staff is now essentially the 2018-2019 Virginia Tech basketball staff.

I could not be happier. Players get that consistent messaging and mentorship.

Folks around the SEC are going to be shocked at the improvement. TAMU fans will really enjoy the games. I'm not saying it will be like BillyG 2.0...

...because the offensive scheme is better. If we play D anywhere close to those BCG teams, watch out!

Because of OAD, we really don't face teams that are that deep in seasoned, future NBA-level talent.

Thus the opportunity to rise to the top is greater.
