Good idea but we'd run out posters/coaches by conference play. Maybe we each get 2 or 3 games? Or how about a coach til you lose contest?

Eh I think you just start the rotation over when we run out. I don't want to get stuck with one hopeless road game against Kentucky while Method Mad is out there running up a win streak on some SWAC teams over Christmas break.
