We switched from ATT Uverse to Direct TV this year. I was all set to watch game last Friday night on computer and could not get game up. I guess computer and IPAD still think I'm logged on to ATT Uverse. I've been reading on line and trying to fix for about an hour with no luck. Anyone out there have this problem. Last resort I'll call up Direct TV help, but that usually doesn't go well for me.

Erase your history and cookies and then reopen your internet and it shouldn't keep you logged in under ATT

Re-enter new information into ESPN app. Problems fixed.

Those sound like great ideas, I tried but no luck, I can't find a screen that will allow me to log-on with Direct TV. At least I know how to clear cookies and browsing history now.

1. Go to watch espn app.
2. Go to settings (looks like a cog).
3. Log out.
4. Log in with new credentials (DTVNow Info).
5. Profit.

It will usually only open certain cable providers, however, will give you the option to select from a greater group of providers if you need to.

That's it, found the cog on IPad and it fired right up, very exciting!. Now when I go to Watch ESPN on our apple computer I don't see the cog but at least I have it on iPad and iPhone until I figure out how to do it on computer, thx!

Just go to settings on computer or clear history on computer including passwords. That should work for your computer.
