I don't see us as the fourth best team in the SEC right now. Of course, early rankings aren't intended to reflect that anyway.

I'm not sure what you are watching, and I know it's frustrating to have lost both the USC and UCLA games, but we're easily looking like a top 4 team in the league right now. I guess my expectations were pretty low, but we're playing much better than I expected at this stage.

Also, you're not appreciating just how awful this league is. UK is UK and South Carolina had a nice week, but I'm not sure Florida is better than us. After that, I'd take us against anyone else pretty confidently.

Ha. I think you're right, although it was worded awkwardly.

Arky, Auburn, Ole Miss and GA look like teams 5-8. So these would be the teams that could challenge for 3rd or 4th. This is all pretty early, still November. Teams will look different in January.

I would put us below Kentucky but above everyone else.

That is pretty brave. teamrankings.com has us finishing 4th in SEC. With Kentucky and Florida clearly 1 and 2. South Carolina and us similar projections, but we only play SC once on the road.

We can't finish games and USCe has better wins than we do.
