Anyone familiar enough with Kerrville to give me a recommendation? We'll have 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids. We are interested in eating, watching the Ags BTHOgb, and having a few beverages. Is there anywhere that this can be accomplished in Kerrville??

Well... The short answer is good luck! Ha they have a place with lots of tvs called 8 ball but a rough crowd. Right down the street is the "local bar" GRC- usually a good sports crowd, just don't stay very late. There is a new one right outside of town but I can't think of the name- brew something (I think).

Thanks kerrag06. I see on google maps that there is a Chili's right on the river. This might also be an option.

Chilis is not a bad spot. Used to stop in there and watch Astros games. Good view of the river/lake.

I used to LOVE that place as a kid.

The owner was this cool Iranian guy who drove a Porsche and also had a burger place in town. I think he might have gotten in trouble for money laundering at some point, although that could have just been a wild rumor. In any case, the mariscos were awesome, many many years ago....
