That seems rather intentional. Not only is the AD making excuses for the "great" Billy Kennedy, but now they're hiding negatives like NIT game attendance because they know it's embarrassing to the program.

Clearly a sign this program is headed in the right direction!

That is one of the larger crowds in the NIT this year. Only a few were larger. For all the whining as if this is only an A&M problem, every team in the NIT has had small crowds. ACC team Miami has had two sub 1,500 crowds.

I was at the game. I believe there were around 3,500 there.

When people start bragging about a "crowd" of 3,500 there is a problem.
If 0 people show up BK still gets his $1mil a year for not generating any revenue.
This program is bleeding a slow death.
But, yawn, he will yet appear on the sideline next year sitting on his butt.
And saying that, after missing The Dance yet again, he will blame injuries, lack of attendance, poor lighting, stale popcorn and other things that 2017 is DEFINITELY the year.

no way was there 3500, not even 2500. BK or Hyman might've bought 2,000 tickets to bump the "attendance". I wouldn't be surprised.

Bout the same amount of people at the Battle of the Alamo. Which is crazy because all the paintings we see have like tens of thousands depicted.

La Tech had 6900 last week at home during spring break. Miami is a small private school. Their attendance sucks in all sports.
