Looks like we posted the ho-hum workman-like loss that I was expecting. A nice single digit, slow but inevitable suffocation. Did I get it about right?

pretty much. I think we last had the game within one possession sometime middle of the first half.

Just what I expected - when this team really gets a burr under its saddle and gets its dander up, it'll wow you with some high octane "respectability" effort.

We were down by 13, but made a decent comeback. Missed FTs and ill advised drives by House and Caruso the different.

Hack a Wildcat did work for about a minute as KSU missed 4 in a row and 5-6 from the charity stripe.


Weber's team, like Kruger at OK plays a solid, well-coached game.

they led by 7 at thr half and won by 7. honestly, other than about two minutes at the end of each half, they were up by btwn 8 & 14 for most of the last 30 minutes. we had a chance to cut it to 5 at the half, and had two possessions down 4 in the last 90 seconds kf the game.
just like most of billy kennedys career, the team made some plays, but didnt make enough plays to win.
