Looks like he needs some weight gain but certainly sounds like he can shoot and hang with the big boys. Can't believe MT wasn't looking at this kid with serious consideration.

MT wasn't looking into him because Alex didn't really how D1 talent at this level until here recently. Also, I don't think he's a top tier guy. He's a Houston, North Texas type D1.

If you want to see him for yourself just come by Bryan high for the next few Monday's and watch him play summer ball. We have a summer league with Bryan, Consol, Rudder and some other local schools. It's free and you can come watch for yourself.

i've been following him for a while since he has SHSU on his list. evidently he has blown up to the point where he is highlighted in a story after every summer hoop event.

i haven't seen him play.

Gibby - Is there an online schedule for the summer league?

SunDevil, no. If you come up to the gym around 5:00 everyday he will play two games at some point. There are games starting at 5 and the last game starts at 8 I believe.

Being that each team plays twice you have a good chance to catch J-Mych or Caruso t some point each hour.

Between Bryan and Consol you can watch one or the other at 5,6,7 and 8.

Just checked the schedule.

He is no where the caliber player of j-mike but is still a very good player. Good vision and passing. I have watched him numerous times even goin up against j-mike. Caruso makes some pretty crazy highlight plays
