Actually, I think they drew a nearly perfect path for them. They match up pretty well. It's not out of the question and I like their chances better than ours because of the matchups.

Tourney play is ALL about matchups. You can go further than would normally be thought if you get the good matchups and Baylor's got them.

baylor has one of the easiest paths to the sweet 16 i've seen from that seeding.

purdue is VERY VERY beatable. nothing special at all. past that, they can easily play through the next game.

pretty incredible to see them have that before them. i'd KILL to have it that easy.

Purdue is better than a lot on here are giving them credit for. They struggled in their OOC schedule, but they put it together in the Big 10. It's true the Big 10 isn't as strong as years past, but they did well against the top of the conference as well. I think Wisconsin, Purdue, Michigan St., and Indiana are all pretty good teams.

Baylor will not beat Duke. I do think they can handle Purdue and Xavier. That is why people were clamoring for us to be an 11 so that we would avoid the 1 or 2 seed for as long as possible.

I hate BU as much as the next guy, but I could see them going to the sweet 16. I'll probably have them in the round of 32 in my bracket. There's a lot of parity in college hoops.
